HOW TO PURCHASE
Please email me confirming your purchase at info@thepurplebedroom.com.au and I can provide you with postage and payment details. The sale will go to the email that is the first to come through.
The photo captions contain the size, price, measurements, and description of the piece. This is the information that you will need to make an informed buying decision Reserving is a no-no. This is frustrating for all the ladies and gents out there who know that they want to purchase the piece but miss out. Sold is sold, so please feel free to email me with any further questions that you may have so that you can be truly happy with your purchase. The Purple Bedroom wants you to love your piece!!
RETURNS
Returns are normally not accepted. Please ask any questions about size, fabric, and condition before purchasing. All items are vintage pieces, and if not, will be listed as such. They have been worn, and will surely show some minor signs of wear and tear. I have found that most people do not care if there is a flaw with an item if they love it, however I will disclose any significant flaws (not normal minor wear) in the description.
Returns will only be accepted if the item has been grossly misrepresented or has a major flaw that has not been noted.
PAYMENT
Currently payment is by bank deposit (Australia only) or VISA and Mastercard. If paying by credit card, I will need a written authorisation via email stating that you authorise me to charge your card. If paying by bank deposit please email me for bank details. If paying by bank deposit please leave your NAME as a reference – writing ‘dress’ or ‘skirt’ does not alert me specifically to your individual payment!
Payment must be sent within 48 hours of purchasing. I understand that it may take longer to clear – please email me your bank transfer receipt for proof of payment. If no payment is made within 48 hours the sale is void. I understand things happen, so please contact me ASAP if you have problems re payment and we may be able to work something out.
POSTAGE
All parcels will be sent via express post within Australia. Express post is $9 under 500g (1 dress or 2 very light dresses); $12.50 under 3kg (some boots/bags, multiple dresses, most blazers); and $20 under 5kg (winter coat, sweaters).
I usually post within 1 business days of receiving payment.
